A Place for Grace
Robin Nash brings extensive experience in the field of business and philanthropy to this venture. Her expertise crosses merchandising, purchasing, forecasting, production, wholesale sourcing, lease negotiations, facility management, operations, management, branding, marketing, graphic design, public speaking, major donor solicitation, fund development,creating successful high-end events, program design, facility renovation projects and motivational development.
The Year 2002
The Nash family formed a nonprofit organization called Mariah’s Kids in memory of their daughter and sister Mariah to assist children with special needs by providing scholarships for equine, art or music therapy. This foundation later transformed into Freedom Reigns which is the holding company for A Place for Grace.
The Year 2014
The lack of attainable long-term funding and dwindling resources in the philanthropic arena gave way to the original vision to create a self-sustainable social enterprise. Through many dream sessions and collaborative conversations focused on creating a non-profit boutique for the purpose of helping women became the vision and A Place for Grace was borne.
